Alaturka Turkish Restaurant is a relatively newcomer to the Ipswich scene, opening just under two years ago.

But we have more than made an impression on the Town and we are delighted to have been the runner-up in the Ipswich Independents’ Competition, run by Ipswich Central and in conjuction with the Ipswich Star, for 2013.

Yes, we are not deniying that first-place would have made us even more happier, but for the time that we have been open, we feel this is great recognition of all of our hard work here at Alaturka. We are very grateful for the support, and nominations, of the restaurant customers in the Ipswich Independents’ Awards.

It is our range of great food on the menu and are authenticity and traditional style that we think our customers love.

We have Turkish coffee, tea and beer too. We also a menu for people who need gluten free or onion free food.

Our restaurant is open six nights a week.
